My diet is a plant-based diet (vegan). I prefer whole foods. 70% of my current diet plan is healthy food and 30% I am allowing myself snacks like vegan treats, restaurant food, sandwiches, or vegan pizza. During my marathon training, my diet will be more strict and I will share my nutrition plans and recipes here.
